Anchor Spirits

2019 will mark the ninth year Anchor Spirits and the Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce has participated in Small Business Saturday.  Located in the Village of Youngstown, Anchor Spirits carries a large selection of wine and spirits as well as a place for great conversation and information by owners Mark and Cheryl Butera.  The site of the store was the Youngstown, NY United States Post Office from the mid 1940's until 1973. The liquor store on Main Street was relocated to this site and has operated almost continuously throughout the years, first as Yankee Spirits and then in 2003 as Anchor Spirits.

Shopping local is something that is important to Mark and Cheryl.  As business owners, Small Business Saturday marks the beginning of the holiday shopping season.  It is a time when the community is able to connect with the businesses in the community.  Mark and Cheryl like getting to know their customers and enjoy the fun that Small Business Saturday brings.  The day has been a successful sales day in the past with customers coming in to take advantage of the promotions and unique inventory.  Their priority is having customers leave the store with a smile on their face!

Anchor Spirits will have special sales and tastings on November 30^th.  Discounts include 10% off all Niagara Trail Wine, free bottle wrap, 5% senior discount, 10% military discount, 10% case discounts and 20% off Treasure Chest items!  Gift Certificates will be available for purchase as well as a free 2020 calendar with every purchase!  The special feature for the day includes Black Button Bourbon Cream tastings (must be 21+)! New gift sets have been stocked just in time for the holiday season!  Enjoy a Pinnacle Vodka pumpkin spice, or Fulton’s Harvest Pumpkin Liquor for your special party or dinner!
