What is the business / organization you represent and what is your mission? 
Deal Realty is a full service real estate brokerage getting deals done throughout Western New York. Our mission is to always provide top quality service to our clients and be committed to their goals in the selling and buying of real estate. In striving to meet our client's goals, we realize that we must work harder than the average company is willing to do. We are different from the competition because we use our time each and every day to its fullest potential, always remembering that we work for our clients and our job is to work diligently to get their property sold, or find them the property that properly suits their needs.

What is your favorite local business to support?
We literally try to support all of them! We are fortunate to live in such a wonderful community with so many incredible restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Now that we are empty nesters, we are always looking for new places to go and things to try.

What are you doing on your days off?
In the Real Estate business there really are no days off, but when time does allow, I enjoy golfing, working out at the gym, and spending time with my lovely wife (and boss) Cheryl Deal

What can you share with our membership on leadership?
Leadership consists of surrounding yourself with good people and helping them be their best. Surround yourself with positivity and people who are going to challenge you to make you better. We are truly blessed to have such an incredible team here at Deal Realty and we couldn't be any prouder of them!
