Chamber Update for the Week

It has been a quiet week as Spring Break has started for many. Lewiston Porter School District is off for 2 weeks, Niagara Wheatfield for just one week (this past week). We will be helping out with Easter Egg Hunts this weekend throughout the region.
Earlier this week I participated in the Opening Retreat for the Workforce Leadership Academy at Holiday Valley. I met 23 other fellows from around Erie / Niagara Counties. The retreat consisted of back to back seminars, strategy and system change concepts and an overall outlook on what the year will look like for us as we tackle workforce development issues. I am honored to be a part of the program and can't wait to assist our members.
As the new logo/name change date approaches, we had to order all new letterhead, envelopes, business cards, and everyone's favorite - Chamber Swag! Coming to you soon...!
Immediately following each quarter, we will have a New Member Luncheon where we can get to know our new members that have joined the previous three months. This is something new and we can't wait to sit down with them in a casual setting. We will go over some of the ways the Chamber can help their business and also how to use the Chamber membership.
Our new member luncheon is today at the Brickyard. Suzanne will attend the YPBA meeting on Tuesday at The Jug!
Our office is closed on Monday, April 10th and will re-open on Tuesday at 8am!
