Ribbon Cutting - Happy Tails of Niagara

Happy Tails of Niagara recently opened in the Village of Youngstown, NY at 120 Lockport Street.  The Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce celebrated a ribbon cutting and grand opening celebration with Happy Tails of Niagara in the Village of Youngstown.  Happy Tails is owned and operated by Patricia Carter and Michael Kotaraki.  They offer daycare, boarding, and grooming for your pets and are located at 120 Lockport St. 

Trish worked with the Small Business Development Center to develop business plans and funding sources to ensure a successful business.  Friends, family, elected leaders and business & community leaders came to support the celebration.
