Kindness in our Community

Throughout the past year, the community has been so gracious to our businesses and organizations that serve. Kindness has been abundant! Our businesses have worked together to get through the past year, and the community has supported our local businesses as much as they can!

Today is a great way to show a little extra kindness to your neighbor, friend, business or organization!

The Give or Take table has been one of the ways the community has shown kindness to those who need it! We appreciate the many who have donated - residents, service organizations and businesses. The Kiwanis Club of Lewiston and the Salvation Army are two service organizations that deliver food to the table on a weekly basis to ensure the table is stocked.

We have also been able to stock the table with warm mittens and hats thanks to the generosity of the Lewiston Porter United Teachers and Lewiston Dance (and a lot of food too!). THANK YOU for your KINDNESS and the many others who have helped move our community forward!
