Small Business Saturday - November 30

The Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce is celebrating Small Business Saturday on November 30th, encouraging shoppers to “Support Local Everything” in the communities they live in. Small Business Saturday is a day dedicated to shopping locally in your community and supporting the business owners and employees that drive positive economic change.

The Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce will give away fifty (50) $15 gift certificates to the first 50 people* at the Chamber office and Welcome Center on Saturday, November 30th beginning at 10am until they are gone! The Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce office is located at 895 Center Street in the Village of Lewiston. The $15 gift certificates must be spent on Saturday, November 30^th at participating member businesses. *Must be at least 18 years old and complete paperwork, one per person, must be present to receive the certificate. 

“Support Local Everything” reusable bags will be available at participating retail businesses with purchases over $25.00 (first come first served), sponsored by the Upward Niagara Chamber of Commerce and William Mayne Community Enhancement grant.  “Small Business Saturday is one of our favorite events throughout the year.  The focus is truly on our small businesses. The Chamber has supported small business day for thirteen years and every year we enjoy seeing the interaction between customers and business owners” said Chamber President Jennifer Pauly.  “Businesses offer promotions to encourage shoppers to visit and many of them provide an open house type of atmosphere. Please stop by your favorite local shop and let them know you appreciate them!”
