Lauren Schulte is a seasoned Kitchen and Bath designer with 18 years of experience in the industry. As the proud owner of Monarch Kitchen Design Studio, she brings a unique blend of creativity and expertise to every project. With a background in Fine Arts and Psychology,

Lauren's passion for design shines through in her signature style, which she lovingly refers to as "Swamp Witch Chic." Known for her love of incorporating organic earthy elements like moss, ferns, and sticks into her designs, Lauren's work is a beautiful fusion of nature and sophistication. She has a penchant for designing in moody blacks, creating spaces that are both bold and inviting. With a loyal client base that is mostly referral-based, Lauren's dedication to her craft and her clients is unmatched.

Outside of her design work, she is actively involved in her community as the president of the local merchants association, a member of the NKBA, and a board member of the IDA. She also finds time to give back as a member of the Junior League.

When she's not designing or giving back, Lauren enjoys spending time with her two dogs, Frankie and Ginger, and pursuing her hobbies of gardening, traveling, and experiencing new things. Monarch Kitchen Design Studio, her full-service design, installation, and custom showroom, is a testament to her passion for creating beautiful and functional spaces for her clients.
