The Niagara River Region is home to some top notch boating with the Niagara River and Lake Ontario. Boat launches are available in Lewiston and Youngstown.
Fort Niagara State Park
Fort Niagara State Park has two boat launches providing access to the Lower Niagara River and Lake Ontario, woodland hiking trails, swimming pools, water slide, a view of Lake Ontario, picnic grounds, playgrounds, water fowl hunting, 18 soccer fields. In winter, visitors can cross-country ski, snowshoe, and sled. The park is adjacent to Old Fort Niagara State Historic Site.

Kin Loch Farmstead is a lavender farm and barn venue located along the Niagara Wine Trail, in beautiful Cambria, New York. We're just 20 minutes from Niagara Falls and 30 minutes from Buffalo. Our 30-acre property includes over 3,000 plants of English and French lavender. We are only open for private and ticketed events.

Our region has many playgrounds for families to enjoy! They include Kiwanis Park, Toohey Park, and Pletcher Park in Lewiston, and Falkner Park in Youngstown.

Stella Niagara Preserve

With 29-acres and over a quarter-mile of shoreline, the Stella Niagara Preserve is the largest privately-owned, undeveloped tract of land along the entire length of the Niagara River. Stella is incredibly scenic, and is one of our region’s most ecologically and historically important places. It is a great place to launch your kayak!
